Adjustments to Handling Serious Wrongdoing in the Cong

Recently adjustments were made in the way judicial matters were to be handled. Feel free to review the letters below. The following adjustments are listed:

1. Minors who are baptized will have two elders visit with them and their parents when they commit organizational rule breaking, deemed wrongdoing. If the child does not cause problems, they will have restrictions placed upon them. If the matter is known, an announcement will be made. In the event the matter escalates, a judicial committee will meet with parents and the child to determine punishment and possible disfellowshipping.

2. A new “triad category” of ultimate evil has been created; Pedophiles, Apostates, and Spouses that run off with new mates. Do these seem equal to you? If you seek another mate how does that compare with being a child molester? Apparently all the same to JWorg. This triad group, when disfellowshipped, face harsher sanctions along with longer expulsion and extended restrictions.

3. Everyone else that violates organizational rules can face a short ninety day expulsion with fast track restriction removal.

4. Judicial committees meet multiple times to find an excuse not to disfellowship.

5. You can officially “greet and welcome” disfellowshipped ones now. as long as they are not in the evil triad. Still no meals or parties.

6. Appeal committees can overrule a disfellowshipping if the original committee agrees in the time frame between meetings, the wrongdoer has attained repentance.

This can be considered a positive adjustment to the shunning policies of JWorg while at the same time, clarifying, that shunning will continue to emotionally blackmail members who violate organizational rules. At JWCC this is of concern, as it directly affects how children will view and treat former family members who have left the organization or simply reject its practices. If a mother or father speaks negatively about the organization they could easily be classified as “Apostate” which by JWorg definition is the same as a child molester and to be avoided like “poison” according to their literature. How can a child have a normal relationship with a parent who is placed in the same category as a pedophile and viewed as poison? To the courts, this is a clear example of how the religion is weaponized to alienate the non-member parent and destroy normal familial relations.

Letters like this can be very helpful in custody matters to assist the courts to see how certain practices, promoted by JWorg, and forced upon all members, are not in a child’s best interests. We hope this is helpful to non-member parents to understand the battle children face when trying to have normal relations with both parents. JWorg parents are at war with former spouses to destroy the enemy that is soon to be eliminated at the destruction of all humanity. The teaching that the end of the world is coming next week, is a practice that has been a core belief of all Jehovah’s Witnesses for one hundred and fifty years. It motivates them to force children to cut off non-member ex spouses as part of a world controlled by Satan doomed for destruction. It happens thousands of times to the despair of those victimized by these practices.

We hope this information will help in awareness and education on what is happening when faced with custody matters involving Jehovah’s Witnesses.
